Erin Moran, LMHC, CGP is a licensed mental health counselor and certified group psychotherapist originally from Orange County, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Science from SUNY New Paltz and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida.
Erin began her clinical career at the UNF Counseling Center, where she discovered her passion for group psychotherapy and the power of shared human experience in healing. Since then, she has gained extensive experience across levels of care, including dual-diagnosis residential substance use treatment and outpatient eating disorder treatment, serving in both therapist and clinical leadership roles.
In 2016, Erin opened a private practice, working with adults and older adolescents seeking greater clarity, connection, and overall wellness in their lives. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, histories of abuse, and relationship and family challenges.
Erin’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from client-centered, interpersonal, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic frameworks. She is deeply committed to seeing and supporting the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, and believes that meaningful change happens through both insight and connection.
In addition to her clinical work, Erin is passionate about leadership and the development of strong, supportive clinical teams. She is dedicated to creating environments where both clients and clinicians can grow, feel seen, and do meaningful work.
Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, traveling to the mountains, and unwinding with Marvel movies alongside her dog and two cats.
