Ida demonstrates a natural ability to connect with others, allowing her to understand each client’s unique needs and create a comfortable, supportive environment for growth. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, and her approach emphasizes fostering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for adults seeking support. Ida is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), assisting individuals in processing and healing from trauma and providing guidance to those navigating the effects of difficult or distressing life experiences. Her areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, anger management, neurodivergence, ADHD—particularly in adults who may be late-in-life diagnosed or previously undiagnosed—personality disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She recognizes that the road to wellness is deeply personal and, at times, challenging. Ida considers it an honor to walk alongside each client in that journey, supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves.
