Jeanna Houston, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals navigate mental health and substance use challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida.

Jeanna integrates history of Eastern Philosophies and Western science to meet the therapeutic needs of her clients. Jeanna has extensive experience in working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including grief and loss, trauma, relationship and marital concerns, anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
