Tracy Redman, LMHC

Therapist

Tracy Redman provides a supportive, focused, and objective space where clients can gain clarity, challenge unhelpful cognitive and behavioral patterns, and develop a more adaptive and empowered perspective on their life experiences. From your very first session with Tracy, her goal is to help you begin seeing new possibilities and reconnecting with the potential within your life. Tracy believes in the importance of learning how to put your own oxygen mask on first—because true growth begins when personal well-being is prioritized.

Tracy works with individuals and families to improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and supports people in creating meaningful, sustainable change.
